Big Finish is a well known Audio company who have provided interpretations of classic stories such as Frankenstein's Monster or War of the Worlds. In 1999, they received a licence to provide a range of Doctor Who audio stories. Big Finish have expanded the universe of Doctor Who outside of the television series by extending the tenure of classic Doctors such as Tom Baker or Sylvester McCoy and have also created boxsets such as Dalek Universe, The War Doctor series and the Time War series which both delve into the history of the devastating war between the Daleks and the Time Lords which has been well established in the Television series.

Nerdy knowledge dropping aside, these audio stories require many talented artists to put together amazing cover artwork to attract the listeners. Graphic artists such as Tom Webster or Will Brooks have created beautiful covers for Big Finish and they are two of many artists who inspired me to practice Audio Cover design.
